Summer Foot Care

It's almost sandal season, which indicates it's time to pay attention to your feet, particularly after a year with little to no pedicures. But don't worry; there are several simple things you could do at home to have your feet in shape for summer.  Our tips will have your feet summer ready in no time.

With Summer just around the corner we wanted to share some of our tips and products to help you get your feet in shape.

The skin on the soles of the feet is multiple times thicker than any other part of the body, and if not properly cared for, it can become dry. Excess sweat dries on the skin within socks and footwear, causing this. Dry skin can cause a variety of issues, including cracking on the heels and calluses, which can be extremely uncomfortable. This can also serve as a point of entrance for bacteria, which can lead to serious infections and other issues, which, if not addressed, can result in hospitalisation. Thankfully, there are some simple steps you can do to guarantee your feet are in tip-top shape for the summer and that you can proudly wear your sandals!

7 Way Nail Buffer - CBB143

7 simple steps for the perfect DIY manicure.

Tip:

Pay attention to the length of your toenails. By filing toenails straight across can quickly make them look properly manicured.

Foot Scrub - Peppermint - CBB141

Peppermint Foot Scrub contains walnut grains that work to exfoliate and soften the skin while the peppermint aroma helps to relax and refresh. Helps exfoliate and soften skin.

Tip:

The skin on your feet, like the skin on your face, will benefit from exfoliation. Exfoliating your feet will revive dull, dry skin and reach regions where a foot file can't. Before rinsing, focus on the heel and ball of your foot, rubbing the scrub between those toes and onto the tops of your feet, including over your nails.

Foot Lotion - Peppermint - CBB140

Peppermint Foot Lotion is enriched with essential moisturisers to help keep feet feeling soft and healthy whilst the peppermint aroma helps to soothe and cool tired feet.

Tip:

The skin of your feet, much like rest of your body, requires hydration to look and feel beautiful. After you've used a foot file, apply a layer of moisturiser. Look for formulas that hydrate while gradually reducing the build-up of hard skin.

Heel Balm - 410144

A highly moisturising formula with urea regenerates the dry skin on the feet - improving elasticity and softening the skin. Restores the smooth appearance of cracked heels.
